1990 GMC Sierra Repair Question

GMC Sierra Brakes Problem
Put new circuit panel on taillight, it all works until I hit my brakes, then turn on either signal light, then they both will flash, also nothing will work on the taillights when park lights are on, when reverse lights come on it did the same as when hitting my brakes

Look for a broken or corroded ground wire. Current looks for an alternate path to ground and it finds it through the other bulbs.
