Is the new battery drained or does it still have power but nothing to the vehicle?

If it is clicling several times, that usually indicates a weak battery. If there is only one click and then you lose power, check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight as well as the ground to the engine block.

I have made sure the ground was tight to the engine block, checked several times. The battery is a week old along with terminals. It does just click once then loses power.

When you replaced the battery terminals, did you also replace the battery cables?
