I removed the front and i don't want it back on. I just removed the pump and hoses then reconnected the fuel lines but hoked lines u backwards forcing fuel in to the vacuum lines running to the throttle body. it ran for a bit choked up puked fuel out the front end. Dummy move realizing what i'ed done fixed the lines. butt i did leave the electrical wiring harness. i'm wondering if a relay is senses that there is no front fuel pump connected. It tried to start butt now battery is dead

The tanks have low pressure pumps, the high pressure pump is on the frame, you might need to buy a pump four a single tank system.

So it wont run with just the pump in the rear tank. All have is a filter inline in the frame its got the 5.0L fuel injected motor. Does this have anything to do with my problem?

If you go to autozone you can rent a pressure tester. You need at least 35psi at fuel rail test port. Check that and get back to me.
