my 1990 dodge spirit runs well but shakes at 60-65...at lower speeds runs fine.. what might that be

you could have a bent rim or out of balance tire/wheel. Also, check that the tires aren't excessively worn.

First is tire balance does it stop after 65? if yes then balance. also could be a suspension part
