1990 dodge spirit auto 4 cyl 2.5 stalled after 1000 feet, gets fuel and spark - codes are 12, 32, 21, 21, 41 - ( 21 twice? )The car wont start!

I get fuel and I get spark to the spark plugs! Can u pls tell me what the trouble codes are - thanks! Codes are 12, 32, 21, 21, 41 -
( 21 twice? )

I smelt fuel so I thought I was getting fuel - the problem was - the fuel line was leaking under the pass seat floor ( fuel line fell off ) - so no fuel made it to the motor, thanks 4 your time! Car runs fine now!
