First lets clear up a few things since there seems to be a lot of confusion. Are you aware that "crank" and "turn over" are the same thing? Many owner's are not. Some people incorrectly think "turn over" means to turn the ignition switch. You hear the fuel pump run for one second after turning on the ignition switch, but the engine doesn't crank, is that right? If so, what happens to the brightness of the head lights or dome light when you try to crank the engine? Do you have a manual or automatic transmission? Which engine do you have?
