1990 Chevrolet Truck Repair Question
Mileage: 130,000 miles.
I went to switch my oil pressure swich an for some reason
i had too torgue on the easy outi think an theres not enough stickin out to weld too
if you tap the easy out in the oppisite direction that you tried to put it in then it may come out. then get the broken piece out.
you don't need aheli coil because it's a bras plug not steel after you get eh easy out out, then try the small chisel. if you can't get it out have apro do it instead of screwing around andcausing more damage than what there already is.
can someone just tell me how to mount oil pressure switch by the oil filter someone welded the hole soo noo oils leaking out please let me know thanks
there should be a plug just above the oil filteron the side of the block. remove that an d then you will need an adapter to downsize so the pressure gauge will fit. of course you will have to lengthen the wires to the pressure gauge so everything will work right. if you don't your fuelpump won't work.i can't find apic to show you right now.
okay i just wanna be sure that ive got the right plug theres a plug near the back side of the starter like an inch or so above the oil pan with one wire on it is that it? and if soo do i have too do anything with that wire? thanks for the help
on the oil filter side which is the left side(drivers)
yeah left side on block just above oil pan near back side of srater closest to front of truck with one wire on it does that sound right lol honestly it looks like the only threded hole there is
