90 s10 spitting and backfiring

ive got a 90 s10 4.3 tbi that will drive good for about a half mile then spitts and stumbles backfires on accel. ive done everything i can think of. heres what ive done cap, rotor, ignition coil, plugs wires, rebuilt the tbi, new filters on the injectors, map sensor, iac sensor, tps sensor, speed sensor, new fuel filter.
ive checked the fuel preasure and all the lines, and pulled the fuel pump out and checked the filter on it no trash in the tank. ive messed with all the grounds they were good. so im lost with this

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
