Swapped out V6 to a 350

Swapped out v6 to a 350. Went old school no computer and only problem is no speedometer. Removed ecm and all related wiring. Any ideas?

Not sure will have to think about this one, not sure what you can fit up, it will have to be a mechanical drive speedo, or a stand alone electric system that is independent of the cars system.
