1990 Chevrolet C1500 Repair Question

Chevrolet C1500 Stalls Problem
Truck stalls in neutral and in gear at idle. I have changed the TPS sensor, EGR, plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Runs strong but in neutral or in gear it will stalls out at idle. The exhaust smells like a bad EGR.

check the base gasket for throttle body. idle iar control valve.
