When you enter and exit the car and close the door the interior lights stay on for long, long time, even while driving. I have replaced the door switch and it has made no difference. Can't think of too many things that would cause this. The door switch was discontinued and very pricey, $52. If there is other possibilities could you elaborate on how to check them.

Check relay b in your micro relay center it may be sticking, otherwise it will need to be scanned to see if the body control module is holding it on or sending power to it to long. The relay center may be in trunk under shield or underhood.
