1990 rivi rear brakes
1990 rivi...replaced rear brakes...emergency brake is off...but right rear smokes and smells

more thatn likely the cable going toteh parking brake is frozen and is not letting your brake fully go back. take the drjum off and look at the top of the shoes, if it isn't fully seated on the round peg at top that is what is wrong. if it is then back off your adjustment a little as it's to tight.
