What could be causing trouble with 89 p/u?

Seems to be missing really bad especially after motor warms up good. losing power and chugging/sputtering. we have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and ignition module. also cleaned out gas tank. finally took it to a repair shop and they are at a loss to what the problem is. they said it wasn't showing any codes.

it's fuel injected. the mechanic said he was at a loss but that it could be the distributor or computer module.

there is an EFI main relay, in the pic attached. see if relay A is same as B and try switching them to see if that helps. Otherwise i'd try the igniter first as it will be cheaper. the igniter is by the distributor.

thanks for your help. will give it a try this weekend and see what happens. this has been going on now for 2 months and just when we think it's fixed it starts to act up again. the problem seemed to have just started out of no where and we have replaced everything we could think of that may be the problem. this is actually a truck that we bought for our son to drive to work but he's afraid to try to drive it at all now.
