put new fuel filter on car cant figure out how to stop top connection from leaking and car wont start and run long has bolt in it with hole in it known as banjo bolt? is there a line up of hole in bolt with incoming circle connection fuel line and how do you do it and tighten bolt too shirley in kentucky
