I use the choke for the engine to start it up and get it warm. As soon as I turn the choke off the engine cuts out because it goes under revs and stalls. i have to leave the choke on when driving so it doesn't stall itself. How do I fix this?

Why does it cut off, because the choke is turned off? If that happens after it is warmed up, then I would recommend checking for vacuum leaks. It sounds like too much air is getting to the engine.

yes it cuts out as soon as the choke is turned off. it makes the revs go under so it stalls itself.

Check the base idle settings and check for vacuum leaks.
