Car cranks but won't start when cold ( under. 30 degrees)
If and or when car does start, after its warm car starts fine until
Next morning after sitting all night then car cranks forever
When air temp stays above 30-35 car cranks and starts fine???

When it is cold, check fuel pressure. It sounds like you have a weak pump.

Let me know what you find. Also, an easy way to test it is to see if the engine will start with starting fluid when cold and stay running. Some pumps produce enough to keep the engine running, but not enough to start them cold.

Have you checked to see if you have a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs when cold?
