We replaced the head gasket and now we have air pressure forcing oil out of the filler cap and dip stick. Is this an air pressure venting problem or is the head now letting in air which then is being forced out of the sump and rocker filler cap?
Maybe the head has a very fine crack we didn't see?

1.8L single cam motor

Thanks, Steve

More likely you have bad piston rings causing excessive blow-by gasses.

Check the crankcase ventilation system for clogging. The PCV valve is part of it and if ventilation system is clogged, the pressure would build up as well.
