1989 Lincoln Town Car Repair Question

I have a 1989 lincoln town car i replaced a gasket near the throttle body because i was leaking coolent from it ever since that was done i cannot start the car in park it starts in neutral but i when i goto drive or reverse it quits right away also while
The car will not start in park and when you put it in drive or reverseit stalls but will start in neutral

check your nuetralsafety switch adjustment. clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides.
