What can test? Why is the light on? Could it be the front speed sensors?

The light is on because something is either broken or bad in the antilock unit. You need a scanner to see what it is and where. You will still have brakes just not anti locks.

72 is that your messagecenter circuit failed and 39 means your converter clutch isn't workng. You'll have to check for shorts and power on a car that old.

Ya you have to see ifyou are getting power to the tcc through the transmission. We dont' have charts for something that old. The message center could be teh center itself or a ground or not getting power. But we dont' have diagrams for that car that old.
