Aving a hard time cranking my Jaguar when its to cold or hot outside

With the weather changing to the winter time when I attempt to crank my car in the morning on the first attempt it wont crank it attempts to crank but want fully turn over to get the engine going so I will let it sit for 30 mins or longer typically when I come back the car cranks with no problem, I just replaced the spark plugs and I have a brand new battery any ideas to what my be happening

Have your starter checked as well as the starter relay as either one of htem could be bad. Also if the battery has a protector on the terminals check to see if the terminals are clean as sometimes that stuff gets inise and looses contact.
