Ford Ranger Air filter Problem
The car idle surges after it warms up and I'm getting a lot of carbon out the exhaust I've changed air filter and spark plugs but it did no good

It sounds to me like you have a vacuum leak. Check for that as well as cleaning the Idle air control valve if it is fuel injected.
