wont start

back to my 1989 festiva; how do i check the computer injector/s ground driver circuit- as advized and could the Computer causing it not to run, I have done the following-
checked fuel system --getting fuel to the intake inlet port.Checked spark-its getting spark to the plugs, If I spray starting fluid into the throtle body engin runs for a short time but slow and sputtering
Pluged a noid light into an injector plug --no signal
Used a test light from battery ground to both termnals in the injector plug no sighn of power.

One of the injector should have power when key is turn On-could be a fuse, cam and crankshaft position sensor input signal that the computer uses to synchronize the injector, or the injector ground drivers
