Ok I bought a NOID test kit the light for ford TBI could not be plugged in as the prongs were 2 far apart so I used the one marked for " GEO"being as I can remember the Geo and the Festiva were both produced by Mitsubishi plugged it in and cranked the engine, the light did not blink or show a light. I also checked the spark and it is getting spark to the plugs, what do you think?

More than likely this is an issue with the PCM, but we need to start with finding out if there is voltage from the relay and you do this by checking for power using a test light.

If there is voltage, then we have a grounding issue. The PCM grounds the injectors when it wants them to fire so if there are no injectors firing then the PCM is not grounding them.

If this is the case, then we need to replace. Take a look at the wiring diagrams below.

If this is the only issue, then the PCM is operating otherwise and just not grounding the injectors.

Please run through this info and let us know what you find. Thanks
