Ford Festiva Fuel pressure Problem
Will turn over but not start until the third or fourth try. When it starts it won't stay running. Afte several tries it will stay running and run fine. What could be the problem?

fuel pressure bleeds off and has to re prime.
the pump may be bad or the regulator may be bad
