300 six - pumps are running but no fuel is going in. Have check fuel regulator an fuel filter. Have also replaced eec relay an throtle body position sensor. Acts like injectors are not opening is there a way to test them or what would hold them out.

Use a gage and check fuel pressure, to start. Use a noid lite at injector plug, see if there is a pulse, engine cranking.

Sounds like one of the pumps are not working. Do you have 1 or 2 tanks? Does it do this on both tanks? Get back to me and we will go from there.
