Coolant is leaking out sideways from the engine

Antifreeze leaking shooting out on passenger side of engine. Was told I need head gasket.

If no coolant in oil and no white smoke from exhaust then Freeze plug probably fault. Get a second opinion

I can see along the edge of the head gasket, sitting in passanger seat, when van is running, fluid just shoots out, toward passanger seat. Do I have to replace gasket or can I use one of those sealants that you add, to seal holes in gaskets.

Can try sealant I would replace headgaskets and have head milled

If its leaking inside of the car on the passager side it ur heater core under dash inside of ur car

No. Its coming from the engine. I was refering to what side of the engine it was coming from.
