1989 Dodge Spirit Repair Question

Dodge Spirit Axle Problem
I have popping from the front left wheel when turning, noticed that the CV boot has torn away from the axle, packed the cv axle with grease and the popping stopped, do I have to replace the cv axle or can I just replace the boot?

Check if they still make those zipper type boot if not you gonna have to replace the driveaxle
