start with basics. compression test, fuel pressure and spark.
let us know what is missing

you need to remove a spark plug and use a compression tester to see what it is when you crank it over.
fuel pressure gauge to verify pressure.
use a screw driver on the end of a ignition wire to check for spark.
the tools can be rented at a parts store.
