I have a 1989 chevy truck I need to replace lock cyl.
Cyl is loose and goes in and out with key

remove the horn pad. remove the steering wheel. you will need a puller. remove the lock plate cover. remove the lock plate c clip, you will need a tool for that. remove the turn signal switch. remove the screw that holds the cylinder in and remove the cylinder.
