Chevrolet Truck Engine Problem
After the truck goes about a mile and warms up it is hesitating like it's not wanting to take the gas and the it kinda sounds like it is missing.

How long has it been sense you changed the fuel filter? Otherwise how does it run? What engine and manual or auto trans?

5 months ago I changed the fuel filter and it still runs the same, 350 engine and it is auto trans.

Did you check fuel pressure? It could be a fuel pump or pressure regulator. What all have you checked or replaced?
