Have you had it scanned for codes and checked for vacuum leaks? Look down the throat of the injector body with the air cleaner removed as the engine is being cranked. What does the injector pattern look like? A mist or droplets? If droplets, run some injector cleaner through the tank. Remove #1 plug and make sure the timing is properly set. Turn the motor over until the #1 piston is a the top of its rotation. Remove the distributor cap and make sure the rotor electrode is pointing at the #1 plug wire. If not, rotate the engine 180 degrees, bringing the piston back up to top again and check the rotor again. Adjust the distributor as necessary. If not able to fully adjust properly, the timing chain slipped.
