Burn-off relay
Where can i find the burn-off relay on a 1989 corvette?

On firewall behind the battery. They are just screwed onto the firewall with two 7mm screws.
The two wire harnesses are long enough to reach either relay and will plug into either one.
One harness will have 4 live terminals . This is for the Burn-Off Relay.
The other harness has 5 live termianls . This is for the Power Relay.
