Engine dies when coming to a stop
Car runs great, everything OK. Problem is when coming to a stop after driving 10 miles or more, then coming to a stop, engine dies. Auto transmission, 2.8 V6, fuel injected. Put in park, turn key, engine starts right up just like always, idles nice as usual, but soon as I put in drive the engine dies. Like choking out a carburator. I shut it off, sit for 3 minutes or more, then start it, put in drive, and problem gone away - till next time. LOL Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try unpluging the egr valve and dirve it . See if it still stales out . Let me know what you find.
