1989 Chevrolet Cheyenne Repair Question

Chevrolet Cheyenne Fuse Problem
My chevy truck fan on heater will no work.I check the fuse and it is good.I can run a jumper to the hot feed to the switch and it will work.The louver controls will not work.Is there another place i need to check for the power?

check resistor and blower relay they may be by blower on firewall
