1989 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Chevrolet Astro Battery Problem
My van idles good but seems to have low power. I've taken back three batteries to Walmart, so the battery is good. It just seems to have low power. I did tune up about three months ago. Could a bad plug cause low power?
