Cadillac El Dorado Problem
How to remove last two screws to replace race rack on ignition are they pressed in or screwed out do you need a puller

if you're replacing or removing the tilt knuckle. First you will need to remove the spring by inserting a screwdriver. There is a cap with a square hole.insert a screwdriver push in on the spring cap and turn it counterclockwise. Then you can remove the cap and the spring.then you use a. Pivot pin puller to remove the two side pins.
