I have a Toyota long wheel base, 4 wheel drive, automatic, sometimes it runs really great, and then it may not run good at all, it has no power and splutters, at times while driving ,it will just all of a sudden start running bad, no power at all. have checked plugs, replaced fuel filters and all that I could think of. could it be the computer and if so where is it located? Thanks, it is such a great little truck, I would like to figure this out!

It could be a few things. Check to make sure the fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs. Also, if the check engine light comes on when it is running bad, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes.
