My transmission started after I just bought this van. It drove fine for the first two days and now seems to be slipping and not shifting into Drive gear. I replaced (serviced) transmission fluid and put in a new filter. Is this a bad transmission (as I have heard from Meinekee repairman) or could it be fixed with an adjustment of the drive belt?
