I NOTICED WHILE DRIVING TEMP RISES CLOSE TO "H" WHILE UNDER 45 MPH. ANY SPEED ABOVE IT AND IT STARTS TO COOL. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS?

Check the temperature sensor, fan switch and fan.

Also, the cooling system may be in need of flushing. Check the color of the coolant. If it looks rusty, have it flushed. The radiator may also have plugged cooling tubes. Many radiators can be opened and cleaned internally by properly trained professionals. Some of the newer ones are not able to be disassembled for cleaning and may need replacement.
