Car runs rough when at operating temp.

Hello
my car runs good for five minutes then runs rough like its missing on one cylinder. So far ive checked compression, plug looks good, plug wire seem good. Cleaned maf sensor. I couldnt find the coolant temp. Sensor. Cleaning maf seemed to help better than anything but shortly after cleaning, it runs rough still once reaching temperature. Thanks.

Possibly a faulty coolant temp sensor, this is not the sender for the temp gauge, but a separate sensor that tells the ECU when engine is cold and then alters the mixture ratio for better cold running, this if faulty can cause erratic and poor hot idle.
