What do codes 12r,21r,44r,18r and 74r mean on my code reader specially 18r ?

I can't find any reference to these codes, can you get an ODB scanner? is it compatible for OBD? if so you will get a P**** code read, i am in Australia and we do not have this car here, so i am not that sure about the compatible scanner you can use on it.
