What do codes 12r, 21r, 44r, 18r and 74r mean on my code reader specially 18r?

I can't find any reference to these codes, can you get an ODB scanner? Is it compatible for OBD? If so you will get a P**** code read, I am in Australia and we do not have this car here, so I am not that sure about the compatible scanner you can use on it.
