Passed smog certification, no problem. I took it to a car wash and got the distributor wet. Wouldn't start, and no spark. Power to the coil is fine. I bought a new ignition module on EBay (don't know if it's good), and installed it; still no spark. I'm looking for a simplified test procedure to run through at the distributor, ignition module and coil to diagnose this POS. Be as technical as you want; I've got test equipment, I just don't have time to theorize this problem out!

Fuses 11 21 23 are engine control system fuses check those first. Also try taking out the fuse and or relay for the anti theft. You could also try disconnecting the battery for a while and plugging it back in. I know it sounds like shots in the dark but its important with a land rover this old to start with the basics
