1988 Honda Prelude Starting Right Away Brand New Car Steering Went Out

Okay so my prelude was starting right away like a brand new car my steering went out so I fixed all that whatever car still started perfect, so my steering arm cameout and I fixed that but now when I try and start it it just clicks dash lights come on and turn off I can here the fuel pump click and everything I can jump the starter under the good and it runs just fine it's just the key won't turn it over I replaced the ignitions wires and it dose the same thing so would that be my starter switch ?

I really need help here I'm only 17 thanks for your time anything helps
