Ford Taurus Sensor Problem
WHAT IS THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE OF A DTC 41?

41 oxygen sensor circuit indicates system always lean
Check for vacuum leaks, low fuel pressure, a leak in the exhaust system ahead of the oxygen sensor, restricted injector due to varnish buildup, and a leak in the fresh air tube between the mass air flow sensor and throttle body.
