Chevrolet Truck Engine Problem
I have a 1988 chevrolet 1500, and the nipple on the belt tensioner keeps breaking off and the belt flys off. what can i do to fix this? also i need to know where on the bracket that holds everything for the belt, does a spacer go at?

Check accessory pulleys, belt off, any pulley loose or froze-up? Do accessory pulleys line up? What is litre size on engine?
