Why am I getting bad fuel mileage,rough idle,shuts of at redlight sometimes,hard start when its cold,surges up and down rpm,check engine light flashes on for about 15 seconds and then off.have cleaned egr valve.checked vacum lines ,oil change,and new fuel filter,also slight pinging
