88 Monte Carlo wiring harness shortage where are fusebil links and relays located

Wiring harness set on my header and shorted out I replace alternaer starters good and ingnition moduel plus fusable link but in stead of a fusable link there was speaker wire there when I bought the car wat other fuses or relays should I check the motor was swaped for a 77 350 any clue wat I should do next the short was in the alternater wire
