I just bought this car

I just bought this car. The battery is fully charged and I only get the dash and all components of car to work but it does not start or even make a noise when I attempt. The previous owner said it overheated on her and ran a few times since but I cannot get any type of reaction from it. Was wondering where I should start with my diagnosis?

WILL IT TURN OVER. PERIOD?

FORGET USING THE STARTER

TRY IT WITH A WRENCH OR RATCHET
