Truck won't start

I have a 1993 Chevy c3500 with a 454 ok so on the way home I push the gas to the floor and it stutter then died waited a little and after a few try got it started but had to slowly accelerate are it would try to die so I parked it with in side then whet back out tryed to start the truck nothing it will crank but no start so I bumped the key about 7 to 12 times and it started but died immediately do you know whats wrong with it please help me :.( urgent
