I rebuilt a 2.2 Mazda truck engine, it get gas and its firing on # 1. good compression vales are closing but it won't hit in order to start.

Verify the firing order and also if the choke is opening.

Yes, the firing order is right counter clock on dic turning and 1234 is wired up, choke is working good.

Just to jump in on this. I understand this is an old post, but I suspect the firing order that you have is the issue. The 2.2L has a firing order of 1-3-4-2 and it goes clockwise when looking at the distributor. So, it looks like you may have an issue here that could cause the engine to not fire.
Let's start with this and go from there. I am attaching the info from the manual that shows this as well.
